The goal of this project was to create a high-quality, mixed-use development with a focus on urban design and landscape. The client requested a modern compound with flexible spaces that could be used for both residential and commercial purposes. We approached the design from a human-centered perspective, aiming to provide the best possible living experience within a high-density, low-FAR development.

To optimize the use of sunlight, we created a net structure that we rotated at 18 and 16 degrees. This net was then split into two parts, with a central green area. The east and west sides of the development are aligned with the street, while the north and south sides are diagonal to it, creating a unique sense of urban space. Overall, our aim was to create a dynamic and livable development that meets the needs of the client.
