This project is located in Beijing and it is a luxury single Villa tailored project particularly for the owner’s private requirements. As the site has a wide Lake, the design concept could be seen as “an embracing natural dream’s home”. The plan is similar to the shape of the Lake with open arms and divided into function areas such as: a living area, master bedroom and the family members’ rooms, indoor swimming pools, Hollywood- class films audio visual Hall, wine tasting cellar, Club, KTV, etc.
