The client wanted us to design an iconic tower that would showcase the uniqueness of their company.

The tower was meant to be a multi-purpose space, featuring the client's headquarters office, a commercial area offering complementary services, and movie industry related activities that aligned with the client's products.

High-end residential areas were also included in the design to support the project and meet the demand in the surrounding area.

The tower was designed to exude elegance, with a strong base created by dense vertical elements at the bottom. The combination of these elements with glass gave the building a contemporary look. As the building rose, the number of vertical elements decreased, with more reflective glass being used, giving the tower a sleek, almost sublime appearance.
